Grand View Residence is a collaboration between LH Housing and Imago Del Church to provide residences for Low income and workforce target group. Residence offers 160 units for workforce group.

Indio master plan is a collaboration between LH Housing and City of Indio to provide affordable housing for workforce group. Plan offers 800 units for workforce group.

Master Plan in North San Jose is sitting on 140,000 sq ft infill land, next to Topgolf, future retails and Hotel amenities, co-working office. Plan offers up to 964 units of affordable housing for workforce group.

Master plan in Tustin is sitting on 100,000 sq ft infill land, next to major retail shops, office, middle and high schools. Plan offers 80 units of workforce housing in townhouse type.

Housing America Partners project is a collaboration among Pacific West Housing, Native American Partners and Genesis Company, along with the approved/allocated Federal Justice 40 Grant of $2.5 Billion dollars. Project may develop and offer over 1,600 units for Homeownership and 500 units of affordable/workforce housing for rent in City of San Francisco.
